The guy above is Looney Lynx, a puppet I just finished.  Looney lynx and I go back a while, starting from a cartoon sketch I came up then, with a flash animation where he started to show his personality.  I wasn’t happy with the animation so I moved on to a CG version (done in Cinema 4D, See below).

While I was progressing with the CG, I felt that the detailed process got in the way of articulating Looney’s personality.   He is supposed to be a fun and goofy character and frankly CG just wasn’t working for me.

My next idea was to build a Looney Lynx Fursuit…I still may do this but fursuits take time to build and have some serious limitations. So, we’ll see how this goes, hoping to have some video out soon.

Oh, and there’s a lion and a fox puppet in the works too.

We will be moving to a new domain eventually once we figure a new business name.
